- Sei que até hoje em dia , muita gente não consegue configurar o tor no Ubuntu, e eu era um desses usuários até muito pouco tempo.
Primeiramente é preciso adicionar o repositório do tor em seu Ubuntu.
para isso abra o Terminal e digite:
e adicione a seguinte sources.list:sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
salve o documento, feche e depois de um update no terminal:deb http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org lucid main
agora basta ir no gerenciador de pacotes synapitic e marcar " tor" e "vidalia " e aplicar para instalação.sudo apt-get update
Após ter instalado o tor, é preciso cofigurar o polipo para que o tor funcione perfeitamente, para isso digite no terminal:
Substitua todo o arquivo existente por este aqui:sudo gedit /etc/polipo/config

Pronto , está tudo configurado perfeitamente , por ultimo é necessário adicionar o botão do tor no Mozilla Firefox. , para isso vá em "Ferramentas> complementos> e digite na pesquisa: "proxy", marque o "torbutton" para instalação, após o termino da instalação , você poderá ativar e desativar o tor pelo firefox.sudo /etc/init.d/polipo restart
